Goalkeeper’s Client Services Team is involved from implementation, rollout and ongoing administration and fulfillment of each Goalkeeper Incentive Recognition and Reward and Scorekeeper Performance Scorecard Program to ensure that all of our client’s goals are met. The Client Services team is trained to deliver the hands on expertise to achieve the very best program results for our clients, your employees, sales teams external sales and supplier channels. Our Incentive Recognition and Reward and our Performance Analysis and Scorecard programs can be up and running and producing improved ROI results for you in 30 days. Additionally, for our clients who want to administer their programs in- house, we provide “hands-on”, best practice incentive and scorecard program knowledge transfer and training.

Whether you select one of our supplier scorecard, incentive cash card, incentive travel or merchandise reward programs, our in-house Customer Service professionals are available to assist with all participant inquiries.

Reps at the home office, toll-free number are available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Voice mail is available after business hours: with a guaranteed four hours or less response time. All clients can submit inquiries via e-mail 24/7/365.
